Professional Pet Assisted Therapy
Windwalker Humane Coalition for Pet Assisted Therapy
"a unique, passionate and energetic voice for people and animals via the profession of pet assisted therapy"

According to the Windwalker program, Rhode Island is the national focal point for building the profession of pet assested therapy (PAT). Windwalker's mission is to build the profession of pet assisted therapy that is widely integrated into health care, rehabilitation, social services and education at all levels from preschool to university. Windwalk provides professional support to the programs.
