Funders and Organization
The Parent Information and Resource Center (PIRC) is funded by the US Department of Education and is an integral part of the RI Parent Information Network (RIPIN). A PIRC exists in every state and US holding and has the overall responsibility for providing education and support to parents, professionals and community members to ensure that all children enter school ready to learn and that students of all ages and abilities succeed at learning.
